We have recently completed loft conversions in the Clapton, Battersea, Wandsworth Common and Balham areas. It is possible to visit our projects.
The Clapton project, for example, consists of an L-shaped space containing a bedroom, en-suite shower, storage space and workroom (photos 1-6). Planning restricted the room height so the architect came up with the ingenious design of leaving the roof beams exposed and painted white, so that an extra sense of height was acheived. Floor to ceiling toughened glass windows also gave a great sense of spaciousness and light (Architect: Nicolo Lewanski)
